Always Illegal Contractor
The Contractor engaged for the Upgrading of the Toilets was a friend
of a MC member
The Company ROC license was cancelled as at 30th Sept 2007
The Company commenced upgrading work on 1st Oct 2007 without
signing a Contract with the MC and with no work order and approval
to commence work. The order was instructed by a Council Member
The Company signed the toilet upgrading Contractor on 26th Oct
2007 backdated to 14th Sept 2007
