Our Parking CHARGES for a 40 ft container for 5 days is $1584 ,
                           It is one of the highest rate for a industrial estate.
                           Why do you need to charge the motorist so high.

                         the Charges for the first DAY is $20 and second DAY is $40   Owners / Tenant usually

                         load or unload the containers in 2  days.   According to Records, NO Owner / Tenant

                         have ever paid the HIGH Charges during the last few years.  Cheap Charges have

                         encouraged them to Park longer thus obstructing others for using the parking

                         facilities.

                         The Writer was the one who have EVER PAID $1,584  . That happened more than 10

                         years ago.  The WRITER did not raise the issue during his Tenors as a MC member

                         from 2007 to 2011

      **    WE DEMAND THE MANAGEMENT to INVESTIGATE & GET  the MEMBER or

                                 MEMBERS, ex COUNCIL MEMBER (s)  to CLOSE or TAKE DOWN The TWO Web Sites

                           " www.Aicleaks.yolasite.com "  and " http://aicleaks.yolasite.com ", immediately,

                                 failing which legal actions will be taken to investigate the person or persons

                                 responsible for setting up these two sites.

                                 The BLOG DISGRACE the MANAGEMENT & the FOUR of US

                       the Management is not related to the BLOG. the cost to get the lawyer to look into

                       the matter may cost $500 to $1,000 and full investigation & prosecution if any may

                             reach $100,000 or more.  It may take one year or more. Members present were asked

                       to VOTE for or against using  MC funds to pursue the matter.

    We demand the Management to investigate why 22 car owners
                   refused to submit the old discs in exchange for the New Passes.
                   Were these 22 car discs issued illegally or unauthorized ?.
                   Who is responsible and was there any financial benefits ?.
                   Was there any abuse or misuse of Authority or one or more MC or Ex-MC
                   Member (s) together with any staffmember of the previous Managing Agent? 
                   The sum involved is significant and not a small figure - assuming S$80 per car                    park disc per month and over a period of say 10 years - -the total sum
                   amounts to a high $211,200.

    the REPLY :   All the 22 Old disc has been accounted for. No disc were issued illegally. Few were not
                         used including a member of the written 4 petitioners (ex MC members) . One of the
                         petitioner has also loan the Car entry pass to his tenant / neighbour for a fee of $80
                         which was illegal, as the CarEntry Disc is not transferable or rentable.
                         The Management does not collect any fees for the usage of the Car entry pass except
                         the 5 Carpark lots purported sold by the 4 petitioners.

   
*** Note:
                         the 4 Petitioners (ex Council Members) has been in the management committee for    
                    more than 5 years and were
awared that NO FEES were collected for the CAR ENTRY
                    PASS.
  By Putting up this Motion - are the 4 Petitioners trying to discredit the current
                 committee.

                        

                        

            AFTER I JOINED AS A MC MEMBER, I HAVE HELP THE MC  SAVED ON  $$$$
 
                          1)   I GOT MY CONTRACTOR TO CLEANED THE WATER TANKS @ $800 instead of
                                giving to the
Previous Water Tank contractor who charged $1,200.

                          2)   I have Sold 5 CAR park Lots @ $80 per lot per month giving an income of $400 per
                                month.
However we were threatened by a MC member who got a Lawyer to sue
                                the MC.

 
                          3)  I have renovated the Lobby with new Awnings and change the Directory
                               Signage giving the Lobby a New Look
  
    
the REPLY :
                               
1.   The New Contractor did not do a good job. Many areas was not properly painted. 
                               The Tanks &  support are now corroded and it will cost few thousand dollars to
                               rectify it.


                          2.   The car park lots were sold to some associates and did not comply to the  
                                procedures of tendering. It
was withdrawn. 

                                The Mc member who intervene did not threaten or got a Lawyer to sue.
                                He only wants to write to BCA
and URA to get permission for the change of
                                use of
carparks to paid season parking.

                         3.    The replacements of Awnings & Directory was a  waste of funds.

                         4.
