UNSIGNED LETTER OF NOTICE
I would like to bring to your attention that I have received a envelop from a staff of DTZ and found that of the following items:-
1. One unsigned letter of Notice of meeting dated 10 June 2008.
2. A set of the account statement for April 2008.
3. A set of minutes with attendance record stated 27 May 2008 and enclosed with minutes of unknown date stated
LETTER OF COMPLAIN
To my surprised that I attended the 27 May meeting but do not award that another meeting was held without my knowledge and mentioned on two paragraphs about myself and PE (? Professional Engineer) in conversations. This has been unfair and untrue.
I have organized a Seminar in April 2008 and recommanded one of our MC staff to attend. Unfortunately and be very surprised that a Staff of the Managing Agent said infront of our Staff who attended the Seminar that the Attendance Certificate signed by the Professor and a Senior Director of the Polytechnics are not valid. The conversation was captured in our security Camera in the Guard House. Therefore, I request with the Council's permission to borrow the record in the server to shown to the 5 organizations
